Dr Cynthia Muller is board certified in Internal Medicine and has over 20 years of clinical experience. She is particularly interested in the treatment of complex chronic medical conditions. She is fluent in Spanish, English and German. In her free time she enjoys hiking with her children.
Sylvia Fountaine is a Family Nurse Practitioner who specializes in intra-articular joint injections, sexual wellness, and regenerative medicine.
She obtained her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at McNeese State University, in Lake Charles, LA. She devoted eight years in Emergency and Critical Care Medicine as an RN. She returned to McNeese State University to obtain her Master of Science in Nursing.
Sylvia’s aspired to put herself in a position to help people and believes, as a Family Nurse Practitioner, she can help people live a healthier lifestyle.
Sylvia believes Regenerative Medicine is the future, as a safe and reliable means to allow your body to heal itself.
Sylvia enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, fashion, and interior decorating in her spare time.

Dr. Carl Tolopka is a highly trained and experienced spine specialist who has helped thousands of patients in the Houston area regain, improve and maintain their quality of health using scientifically validated, evidence-based chiropractic care treatments. In addition, he utilizes physical medicine, exercise rehab therapy, myofascial release and kinesiology taping. He provides counsel and recommends nutritional protocols for patients that have nutrient deficiencies. He addresses the needs of the entire body to obtain optimal health for his patients.
Dr. Carl is a licensed Doctor of Chiropractic, in his 28th year of practice. He is a native Texan, Texas A&M alumnus and a graduate of Texas Chiropractic College. He participated with Hermann Hospital and UT Health Science Center during a student rotation in the specialty of neurological surgery. He works alongside area MD’s, DO’s, and other health professionals to ensure his patients receive the best care available. He is certified as an American Red Cross “Protect Your Back” Instructor. His academic training is ongoing. He has been in private practice since 1994 and joined Anodyne Pain & Wellness Solutions Katy, in August 2022.
In his time away from the office, he enjoys woodworking, gardening with his wife of 34 years, fishing and spending time with his family. He serves the community and many organizations, including MastersRoad Church, The Mountain on MastersRoad, Texas A&M Association of Former Students, and the American Red Cross.
