Greg has an extensive background in leadership in the medical field. Most recently, he was the President of Commercial and Northeast Operations at Benevis, a private equity-backed dental services organization with 160 locations across 18 states and revenues totaling over $350MM. Previously, Greg was a Regional Operations Director for DaVita Kidney Care, where he led operations for 25 dialysis centers with 250 employees and more than $55MM in revenues.

For over 30 years, Lori W. Allen’s Profitable Practice Strategies has skillfully bolstered financial and operational success for more than 300 clients. As a specialist and expert in the field, Lori ensures long-term, sustainable growth and overall profitability for Anodyne clinics; stressing efficiency, accountability, standardization of processes and protocols, excellence in customer service, patient education and improved clinical outcomes. Through every step of the process, she works closely to optimize the operations of a practice by implementing industry-specific standards to office layout, staffing, communications, statistics, financial management, office systems, training, and marketing and development programs.

Erika brings more than 20 years of Healthcare Operations and Marketing experience to Anodyne Pain & Wellness Solutions. Prior to joining Anodyne’s Corporate Team, Erika served as the Director of Marketing for one of the company’s founding clinics, Anodyne of Jacksonville, for more than 8 years. Erika specializes in strategic planning and implementation of operational protocols and procedures, consumer marketing strategy and business development, training and staff management, as well as, branding and design. Erika holds bachelor’s degrees in both Business Management and Merchandising, as well as, Design from Florida State University.

Wade has over 10 years of experience in Healthcare Systems Integrations and Technology. Previously, Wade played a key role in supporting a National network of over 600 medically integrated healthcare facilities. Wade’s specializes in systems implementation and development, analytics, and software integrations. Wade holds a bachelor’s degree in Organizational Communications from Kennesaw State University, with a focus in business training and development.

Avi Eckstein serves as Financial Controller for Anodyne. Avi’s accounting and finance career spans more than 12 years, and began in New York before Avi relocated to Florida. Prior to joining Anodyne, Avi spent seven years of his career honing skills in healthcare-specific finance & accounting roles. As Chief Financial Officer for a behavioral health provider headquartered in Miami, Florida, Avi was instrumental in growing the company’s revenues to over $100 million annually through its nationwide expansion efforts. Avi also has held key senior management roles with private equity-backed healthcare startups and healthcare practices in which he played key roles in enterprise planning and “right sizing” cost structures. Avi’s entrepreneurial mindset sets him apart from others in his field.

Tom Shepherd serves as Director of Finance for Anodyne Pain & Wellness Solutions. Tom has more than 30 years of experience in the healthcare industry, working in both financial and operations leadership roles with organizations such as HCA (Nashville, TN) and Baptist Memorial Healthcare (Memphis, TN). His background includes progressive leadership and managerial experience in financial planning, budgeting, payroll/labor management, accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash management, supply chain, financial reporting, and analytics.
