Meet Dr. Mario Brunicardi. Dr. Brunicardi is a board-certified family medicine doctor for Anodyne of Westerville. He has over 20 years of experience in multiple joint and soft tissue injections in the treatment of a variety of musculoskeletal conditions.
His special interests include family practice with a special interest in non-surgical orthopedic and sports medicine treatment using the latest innovative techniques. Dr. Brunicardi provides evaluation, diagnosis, non-surgical treatment, and follow-up care for a wide range of conditions, including sports and overuse injuries, joint and muscle pain, tendinitis and sprains and strains.
He graduated from The Ohio State University Honors program with a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics before completing his doctorate at The Ohio State University College of Medicine in 1991. Dr. Brunicardi joined the Mt. Carmel Medical Center Family Medicine Residency in 1995, where he was named Chief Administrative Resident and Resident Teacher of the Year in 1998.
In 1998, he joined Grove City Family Health, a multi-disciplinary practice, where he focused on a patient centered approach to medicine with emphasis on wellness and sports medicine. In 2003 he began working with Mid-Ohio Orthopaedics and Sports Medicine – later becoming OhioHealth Orthopedics and Sports Medicine – where he gained further experience in musculoskeletal care from sports related injuries to end stage arthritic conditions. During this time, he also served as the team physician for Ashland University and a community preceptor for the Doctors Hospital Family Medicine Residency Program.

Meet Dr. Nick Southworth. Dr. Southworth is a chiropractic physician and certified A. R. T. (Active Release Technique) practitioner for Anodyne of Westerville. He has over 10 years of experience in chiropractic manipulation, prevention of disease, and healing without medication for professional and amateur athletes and the general public.
Dr. Southworth specializes in preventing, diagnosing, and treating conditions associated with the neuromusculoskeletal system, while improving each patient’s functionality and quality of life. He seeks to reduce pain and discomfort through manipulation and adjustment of the spine. His primary goal is to empower people to live healthier, pain and drug-free lives through education of the chiropractic lifestyle.
Dr. Southworth graduated from St Charles Preparatory High School in Columbus, Ohio, where he participated in football, wrestling, track, and golf. He then attended Miami University in Oxford, Ohio where he continued to participate in track. While at Miami he was an active member of Delta Upsilon Fraternity, as well as student government. He graduated from Miami in 2006 Pre-Med with a Bachelor of Arts in Biology/Zoology. He went on to attend Logan College of Chiropractic where he earned his Doctor of Chiropractic degree in 2011, as well as spent time working with the St. Louis Rams.
Dr. Southworth takes pride as an active member of his local community. He has donated numerous hours, by conducting workshops to a variety of businesses, police and fire departments, social clubs, and surrounding communities. Dr. Southworth lives in Gahanna with his wife Meghan, three children Grace, Cole, and Lilly, and their dog Tucker. In his spare time, he enjoys sports, outdoor activities, and community functions.

Meet Mary Hoobler. Mary is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) for Anodyne of Westerville. She graduated from Northern Kentucky University with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing before completing her Master of Science in Nursing (Family Practice) at Chamberlain University.
She has extensive experience in pediatrics and urgent and critical care but has found her passion in integrative and functional medicine for people of all ages. Mary enjoys working with her patients to develop a holistic, comprehensive approach to manage their pain.
Mary’s passion for nursing started when she was 11 years old. Her brother was diagnosed with leukemia. She watched as her brother received outstanding care and formed lasting relationships with the nursing staff. It then became her goal to become a nurse so she could provide others with the same compassionate, exceptional care that her brother received.

Meet Sara Grayson. Sara is a board-certified Adult Gerontology NP for Anodyne of Westerville. She graduated from Ohio University with a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Physiology before completing her Master of Science in Nursing (Adult Health) at The Ohio State University with honors.
She has experience working with a wide range of fields, including telehealth nursing, preventative health care, epidemiology, cardiac and pulmonary rehabilitation, wellness coaching, and management of chronic diseases. She’s also worked as a high-risk personal trainer for patients recovering from orthopedic, cardiac, and pulmonic surgeries.
Sara makes it a point to holistically treat each of her patients, focusing on getting to know them beyond the surface symptoms. “I believe it is imperative to take the time to create therapeutic, supportive relationships with my patients so that I can best serve them,” she says.
Sara is also an active member of several professional organizations including the American Association of Nurse Practitioners, Sigma Theta Tau, and the International Honor Society of Nursing.
Sara played varsity sports at her West Chester high school, which is what inspired her to pursue a future in health care. And she still makes time to stay active! She and her husband, Lucas, enjoy biking and taking their dog, Goose, on hikes in their free time. One of their personal goals is to visit all the National Parks.

Meet Aubrie Sadongo. Aubrie is a Licensed Massage Therapist (MT) for Anodyne of Westerville.
Aubrie uses a series of kneading, joint mobilization, joint manipulation, and manipulation of muscle tissue to help individuals that suffer from certain musculoskeletal conditions, lack range of motion, and lack adequate mobility and is aimed at providing relief to tense back muscles and restricted joints.
Aubrie completed the Massage Therapy Certificate program at the Columbus State Community College. In her free time, Aubrie enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter.

Meet Kimberly Stanley. Kimberly is the Case Manager and Billing Specialist for Anodyne Pain and Wellness of Westerville. Kimberly is incredibly knowledgeable in many things healthcare, but truly shines when it comes to billing and insurance. In fact, she began her career as a policy insurance agent before transitioning to a customer service and claims representative for a well-known insurance company located in Columbus, Ohio.
Later on, Kimberly began working at Reichert Family Chiropractic where she experienced a whole new world of holistic medical care. She spent some time acting as office manager for a neurosurgery office, where she combined patient care and medical billing experience along with surgical knowledge to help facilitate positive experiences and build relationships that help create overall patient satisfaction and experiences.
Then Kimberly met Dr. Nick Southworth in the year of 2019. Dr. Nick was in search of an experienced office and billing manager for Southworth Active, and Kimberly fit the bill. She stepped in and helped create one of the most sought Chiropractic offices in the central Ohio area.
In 2021, the staff at Southworth Active was offered to join the Anodyne Pain and Wellness group. Anodyne’s goals aligned with Southworth active, so the two joined forces to bringing a new and innovate approaches to medical care without the use of opioids or surgical procedures.
Kimberly has been married to her wonderful husband for 23 years, she has 3 adult children and a dog named Layla. In her spare time, she enjoys shopping, traveling, and just have a good old time hanging out with family and friends looking forward to the future.
