Dr. Eric Ray, MD is a physical medicine and rehabilitation specialist in Southlake, TX. Dr. Ray completed his undergraduate studies at Texas Tech University in Lubbock, TX. and went on to get his MD from the Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center School of Medicine. While there, he next completed his Internal Medicine Internship in 2002. From 2008 to 2010, he completed his Fellowship in Interventional Spine and went to work as an Associate Physician at Tarpon PA in Plano, TX. from 2011 to 2013.

Nurse Practitioner
A nurse practitioner for over 25 years, Ingrid is dedicated to providing her clients with only the best
products and services. After receiving her nursing degree from Texas Christian University, Ingrid
joined the US Air Force Reserves as a flight nurse. During that time, she became certified as a nurse
practitioner from Midwestern State University and received her master’s in Women’s Health from UT
El Paso. Ingrid completed her training and education by becoming certified through the American
Academy of Nurse Practitioners as an Advanced Family NP. She also received her Psychiatric
Mental Health NP from UT Austin.
It was during her training and on-site experience, that Ingrid decided to make it her mission to bring
regenerative medicine, bioidentical hormone replacement, sexual wellness and dysfunction
treatments to her clients. Ingrid continues to expand her knowledge in the growing field of integrative
and regenerative medicine. In her free time, she loves to travel, cook and spend time with family and
friends

Doris Gonzalez is a dual certified Adult Gerontology Nurse Practitioner. She originally attended
Collin College earning her Associates Degree in nursing, graduating with honors. Doris worked
as a Registered Nurse for 12 years in various disciplines including medical surgical and
telemetry nursing, as well as home health and special needs nursing. During this time, she also
served as the Director of Nursing in a specialized treatment center for autism before pursing
higher academic goals. She attended the University of Texas at Arlington where she received her
Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing graduating Summa Cum Laude, and then went on to also
receive her Master of Science in Nursing Adult Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner
Degree in 2020. She is board certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC)
and also Certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP). Doris fully
believes that optimal healthcare encompasses providing compassionate and expert care while
treating the whole person and integrates both holistic and medical components together to
facilitate optimized health.
Doris maintains active memberships in several professional organizations including Texas Nurse
Practitioners, American Association of Nurse Practitioners, and American Nurses Association.
Doris and her family reside in Wylie. In her free time, Doris enjoys spending time with her
husband and family, including her fur family hiking in the beautiful Colorado Rocky Mountains,
DIY projects, reading, gardening, and oil painting. She also loves watching movies, and one of
her favorite quotes is: “All we have to decide is what to do with the time that is given us”.

Dr. Craig Himmelsehr is a graduate of Parker University and has been practicing since 1999. His diverse background includes treating a wide variety of patients, from professional athletes, to weekend warriors, to those involved in auto accidents. Dr. Himmelsehr enjoys mountain biking, hiking, cross training, and Spartan races, so he understands how a multi-disciplinary approach can help individuals achieve and maintain a healthy lifestyle.
